On this workshop we will be showing students the full journey of the humble loaf of bread!

We will be looking at the growing of wheat from planting to harvesting

Freshly milling some wheat to look at the process of how flour is made

The health benefits of working with freshly milled wheat and the benefits of knowing where your wheat is grown

Then turning that freshly milled flour into bread

Looking at the fermentation of the dough and the many benefits it can bring to your health
