Our hands-on Italian baking workshop will put you through your paces as a baker!

Learning how to work with high hydration doughs to create a wonderful open structured crumb

You will learn how to make a Classic Ciabatta, a rosemary and sea salt Focaccia

Some delicious Grissini bread sticks

Not forgetting some sweet treats

You will make some twice baked biscotti biscuits and some simple but absolutely delicious

Amaretti biscuits

We guarantee you will leave the classroom saying “Bella Cottura”
