Spend time with our skilled butchery team creating your own Sausage Meat from Plumpton Pork. You'll experience a taste of what life is like as a butcher as you experience a masterclass in cutting from the bone to create your own unique sausage meat. 

You will then use your pork sausage meat within our fantastic bakery training kitchens in our modern AgriFood Centre, and learn from our experienced bakery team to create exceptional sausage rolls and the best Sussex scotch eggs.

This is a brilliant workshop for anyone looking to try something new, gain some new skills in both butchery and bakery, and take home some delicious savoury snacks, armed with the knowledge to recreate them at home.
