Join our expert Tutors on a romantic journey into Wild yeasted baking

On this two-day adventure you will learn the fundamentals on how to create, maintain and most importantly how to bake with your own starter in the home environment!

You will make a classic country sourdough loaf, 100% rye sourdough loaf, rye crackers

Wild yeasted focaccia and Pizza

We will delve onto the the dark side make some wild yeasted doughnuts, pancakes and crumpets

 Look at the grains and flours you can use and the importance of fermented food in the diet and how you can fit wild yeasted baking into the busiest of schedules

Come and have that Zen moment with baking
