On this jam-packed 1-day workshop, our professional tutors will teach you all the skills and knowledge to turn your kitchen into your very own Boulangerie.
You will make:
- A classic French baguette; learn how to create a perfect crispy crust and distinct flavour.
- A fougasse loaf; a beautiful bread usually shaped into a distinct, symmetrical pattern.
- A wonderfully buttery brioche; learn how to balance a light and airy crumb with a rich dough.
- Delicious Financier cakes; these are small, light almond cakes are perfect for an afternoon tea
Based in our AgriFood Centre, you'll experience a fantastic day in professional training kitchens with likeminded individuals. Gain practical bakery tips from our expert lecturers with a wealth of industry experience, and learn the intricacies of creating true French bakery masterpieces.
