Part Time Gardener with Free Accommodation on a Beautiful, Quiet Country Lane
Looking for a skilled and self-motivated Gardener to single-handedly manage and maintain four gardens located close to each other. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced gardener who loves working independently and enjoys the flexibility of a part time schedule.
Key Responsibilities
• General maintenance and upkeep of four gardens, ensuring they maintain healthy, tidy and visually appealing
• Perform tasks such as pruning, weeding, planting, lawn care, and seasonal garden preparation
• Monitor plant health and manage pest control when necessary
• Ensure proper watering and irrigation practices
• Use your plant knowledge to maintain and enhance the gardens with creative planting and landscaping ideas
• Other basic maintenance on the property
• Love the family dogs and take care of them when the owners are away (at least 1 night a week)

• Location: Wildmoor Lane, Sherfield on Loddon
• Hours: 3 days a week with flexible hours
• Accommodation: Free accommodation is provided on a quiet country lane. The gardener is required to live there as their permanent residence
• Future Opportunities: Potential for additional work in the future

Requirements
• Proven experience in gardening, horticulture or landscaping
• Strong plant knowledge and ability to identify a wide range of plants and their needs
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
• Flexibility and reliability to meet the gardens’ needs
