We have an excellent range of refreshment options available to students. No matter where students are based on campus, there’s an excellent range easily accessible.
Dining Room
A great place to meet friends, grab a coffee or light snack over a quick break, enjoy a full hot meal on cold winter days, or grab and go options to takeaway and enjoy either on the dining room terrace or lawns in the summer.
We are continuously reviewing and improving our offer in partnership with our students. Through regular forums, students give feedback on the options available. Each day there is a range of hot and cold options, sandwiches, pastries and paninis, a pasta bar and main meal options, over half of which are plant-based. We promote a balanced diet for students, with a great selection of freshly prepared salad and deli items and seasonal vegetables to accompany each meal.
Open all day, seven days a week, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Potting Shed
Our snack bar is open throughout the year, Monday to Thursday, serving a range of hot and cold options, sandwiches, pastries and paninis, and flatstone/ stonbaked pizzas with a tange of toppings.
AgriFood Centre
Located here is our Graze Cafe for our adult learners, university students and visitors. Here, you can grab light bites, hot and cold drinks.
One Garden Brighton, Stanmer Campus
Students can take advantage of One Market based within the campus walls, which has a range of grab and go foods, hot and cold drinks and a student kitchen available to prepare items brought from home to suit a range of needs.
Reducing food waste
The college has set out its roadmap to carbon zero, and as part of this, the catering team are continuously working to lower food wastage. All outlets only use recyclable cups and food packaging for takeaway items, and recycling bins separate waste to be recycled.
Support with meal costs
The college has an excellent range of bursaries available to help with the cost of meals at college. Students can also utilise their TOTUM discount cards at One Garden Brighton for 15% off all items.
