Candidates should have Good plant and soil knowledge, pruning, hedge cutting, bed maintenance, turf care, weeding, brushcutting and mulching. We work in several different gardens across The Weald area so helpful if candidate is mobile. We are keen to develop applicants and encourage them to attend further courses to attain various licenses cross felling, chipper, etc
