Part-Time Student Gardener (One-Year Contract)
Starting September 2025
Location: Wadhurst Park Estate, East Sussex
We are looking for 2nd or 3rd year horticultural student, or someone with previous gardening experience, to work with our small gardening team, one day per week on a one-year contract.
Wadhurst Park Estate is sustainably managed to revive lost habitats and improve biodiversity. Similarly in the garden, we consider nature as well as people, creating beautiful gardens and reflecting the wider landscape.
We are looking for someone with initiative, maturity, and a genuine interest in the natural world. You’ll need to be willing to work hard and be keen to learn through hands-on experience.
