We are now looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our harvest team!
About the Role
As a Harvest Cellar Hand, you’ll be at the heart of our winemaking process, supporting both our teaching and commercial winery operations. Working closely with our experienced winemaker, you’ll gain invaluable experience in all aspects of harvest—from grape to glass.
What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting with pressing, fermentation, barrel work, and cellar organisation

Operating and maintaining winery equipment under supervision

Performing sanitation, cleaning, and lab analysis tasks

Following safety procedures and work instructions with precision
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
-
A genuine interest or experience in winemaking or the wine industry
-
Physically fit and ready for manual work in a dynamic environment

Strong communication and teamwork skills with a proactive attitude
Desirable:
-
Previous winery or cellar hand experience
-
Relevant certifications (e.g., forklift license, health & safety)

Working Hours
Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00, with some evening and weekend work during peak harvest times.
