Part-Time Sales Assistant – Fine Wines & Craft Beer
Location: Brighton Railway Station (primarily) & Seven Dials
Hours: 15–20 hours per week
Availability: Evenings & weekends essential
Seven Cellars is an independent specialist retailer of fine wines, premium spirits and craft beers, with shops at Brighton Railway Station and Seven Dials. We are currently looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our small, friendly team, primarily based at our Brighton Station store.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely loves wine and craft beer and enjoys sharing that knowledge with customers in a calm, welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Providing excellent, friendly customer service
Advising customers confidently on wines, spirits and craft beers
Sharing product knowledge and recommendations
Operating the till and handling transactions accurately
Receiving and stocking deliveries
Maintaining high shop standards and presentation
Working independently and as part of a small team
About You
Strong wine knowledge is a must
WSET Level 2 Wine or higher is essential
Passionate about wine and craft beer
Friendly, approachable and customer-focused
Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
Comfortable working evenings and weekends
Able to work calmly in a retail environment
Retail or specialist drinks experience is an advantage
