Description
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to work for our family business. The role is to maintain the newly planted trees (approx. 40 acres). This includes replacing or removing the tree guards / support stakes, replanting where required, monitoring tree health and reporting issues such as pests or disease.
We are looking for someone who can operate hand tools and basic equipment, is interested in forestry and is able to work on the weekends (ad hoc).
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for work experience and there is also a possibility for ongoing part time forestry work.
