Description
Join Ridgeview, an award-winning English Sparkling Wine producer, as a Vintage Lab Technician during harvest. Working as part of a skilled and supportive team, you’ll carry out juice and wine analysis, fermentation monitoring and vineyard sample processing, while supporting the winemaking team through an exciting harvest period.
Previous winery lab experience needed, ideally having done a previous harvest in a lab but training can be provided. We’re looking for someone available 3 days per week (Friday, Saturday and Sunday ) for approximately 4–6 weeks from mid/end September (harvest dependent).
