Based in Brighton KTY Landscape Contractor LTD are looking for a new member to join the team.

We are looking for a full time soft landscape gardener to join our team for the summer season. Starting now and finishing in October, although we are advertising a summer job role, there is potential for the right candidate to become a permanent full time member of our team.

Work includes : Hedge cutting, lawn mowing, Strimming, and general garden maintenance.

You must be motivated, punctual, reliable, honest, and have a strong hard-work ethic with a good eye for detail.

You must be practical, physically fit, and have a keen interest in gardening, plants and landscaping. You must be professional, personable and dedicated, as our customers expect a very high standard of service from us at all times, and we pride ourselves on being a specialised, proficient and skilled team.

Skills and experience required:

Passionate about the environment with a keen eye for detail.

NVQ or Diploma Level 2 Horticulture / Landscaping (or equivalent)

Experience in grounds maintenance preferred not essential, as training will be given.

Hold a full UK driving licence.

Health and Safety.

Strong communication skills.

The ability to self-motivate and the desire to work within a team.

Strong literacy and numeracy skills.

The post is full-time Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm.
