Part-Time Gardener Wanted – Brunswick Area, Hove
I am looking for a reliable and enthusiastic part-time gardener to help care for a small private garden in Hove.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working outdoors and has a genuine interest in plants and gardening. The work includes general garden maintenance, together with seasonal tasks such as planting, pruning, tying back plants, keeping the shed tidy, sweeping, maintaining the irrigation system, and ensuring the garden continues to look its best.
Additional tasks include trimming back the potato vine, jasmine vine and two small Choisya shrubs, as well as moving and cleaning plant pots (there are quite a few!).
A hedge trimmer and other garden tools are provided, so there is no need to bring your own equipment.
This position would be ideal for a gardening or horticulture student, someone who has recently completed horticultural training, or an experienced amateur gardener with a passion for helping a garden thrive.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, careful, and take pride in their work.
