Position Title: Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Student Opportunity)

 

Location: Remote / Online

 

Employment Type: Part-Time, Permanent

 

Experience Required: Entry-Level (No prior experience necessary)

 

Working Hours:

- Flexible schedule designed to accommodate student commitments and academic responsibilities.

- Approximately 15–20 hours per week.

 

Role Overview:

We are seeking motivated, reliable, and professional students to join our customer service team. This position offers valuable workplace experience while allowing students to balance their studies. Successful candidates will receive training and ongoing support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and telephone.

- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.

- Record and update customer information within company systems.

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

- Support administrative and customer engagement activities as required.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic computer proficiency and internet navigation skills.

- Good organizational and time-management abilities.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
