As Pastry Chef, your knowledge and experience should include:
Cakes & sponges
Savoury & sweet pastry doughs
Choux pastry
Macarons
Laminated doughs
Cookies, biscuits & jams
Lamination Chef :
We are seeking an experienced Lamination Pastry Chef with strong skills in laminated doughs. Additional experience with sweet doughs and other pastries is highly valued.
Solid knowledge of pastry and viennoiserie production
Strong planning, quality, and consistency skills
Experience with daily ordering, stock rotation, and stock-taking
