Description

The ideal person must:

- Have a great work ethic and positive spirit!

- Enthusiasm for plants and nature is essential.

- Some sort of practical or horticultural training would be ideal to provide a backbone of knowledge for the

work that is needed for the job.

- Physical fitness is vital, however we are not looking for pure strength to carry and lift as this is not a basic labour job, but stamina is important.

- who is careful and considerate and has a thirst for knowledge.

- All of our work is outside enduring all types of weather, including rain, wind, snow, sun, heat and cold. The successful candidate will need to work happily in all weather conditions and dress appropriately. After the initial trial and probation period, branded t-shirts and hoodies will be provided.

- Have an eagerness to learn as much as possible about plants and develop their gardening skills.

- Driving license would be good but not required.

- Have good time keeping.

What will be involved:
