Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a vibrant, community-focused environment? One Garden Brighton is looking for a dynamic Retail & Hospitality Supervisor to help lead our commercial outlets and ensure every visitor receives outstanding service—every time. 

About the Role 

As a key member of our team, you’ll support the Retail & Hospitality Manager in the day-to-day operations of our retail and food & beverage outlets. You’ll lead by example, mentor seasonal staff, and ensure our spaces are welcoming, well-stocked, and beautifully presented. From managing stock and EPOS systems to coordinating events and driving sales, your role will be central to our success. 

What You’ll Do 

• Deliver and champion exceptional customer service 

• Supervise and support seasonal staff, including rota management 

• Maintain high standards in food, beverage, and retail presentation 

• Manage stock levels, deliveries, and EPOS systems 

• Assist with events and corporate bookings 

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and financial procedures 

• Deputise for the Retail & Hospitality Manager when needed 

What We’re Looking For 

• Experience in retail or hospitality, ideally at a visitor attraction 

• Strong customer service and communication skills 

• Confident with IT and EPOS systems 

• A team player who can nurture junior staff 

• Flexible and proactive approach to work 

• Food hygiene and first aid qualifications (desirable)
