Are you a confident and motivated administrator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring high-quality outcomes? 

Plumpton College is seeking an Exams Administrator to sit within our excellent Student Records and Exams team, who is passionate about ensuring that all details are covered and that exams run smoothly for the benefit of students, colleagues and the College overall. You’ll play a vital role in planning exam arrangements, supporting students with additional needs and Exam Access Arrangements, and supporting across the Registry team where needed.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Administer exams related data and information throughout the full student life-cycle at Plumpton College 

  • Participate in our results days to offer support and guidance for students and their parents/carers where applicable 

  • Work collaboratively with the Exams Officer and Awarding Bodies, to provide a consistent, high-quality exams experience for all learners

  • With team members, take responsibility for maintaining compliance with external regulations. 

  • Support wider student data processing and administration support across the Registry team as required. 

 

What You’ll Need: 

  • Experience in exams administration and provision of adjustments for students with additional needs 

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

  • IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and database management. 

  • Flexible work approach, including occasional evenings and weekends.
