Join Plumpton College as a Lecturer in Hydrotherapy and be part of our exciting new venture within our purpose-built, state-of-the-art Hydrotherapy Unit. 

About the Role 

We’re looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic professional to teach across a range of animal therapy and canine care courses, with a focus on hydrotherapy. You'll deliver practical and theory-based sessions, support learners to achieve their full potential, and help maintain the highest standards in animal welfare and education. 

Working within our dynamic Veterinary Science division, you’ll play a key role in shaping curriculum content, engaging with industry partners, and using our new facility to deliver outstanding, hands-on learning experiences. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • A recognised minimum L3 canine/small animal qualification  

  • Relevant industry experience in delivering canine hydrotherapy treatments 

  • A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one (support provided) 

  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for education 

  • Experience working with students or supporting training is an advantage
