We’re now seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our Inclusive Learning and Development team – someone who shares our commitment to inclusion, independence, and positive student outcomes. 

About the Role 
As an LSA, you’ll play a vital part in the daily learning journey of our students, supporting individuals or small groups to develop their confidence, independence, and academic progress. You'll provide tailored support in lessons, private study, and exams – always working to ensure each learner receives the opportunity to achieve on equal terms with their peers. 

Whether helping students develop their understanding, encouraging independent learning, or liaising with tutors to support lesson planning, your contribution will be instrumental in shaping student success and wellbeing. 

What We’re Looking For 
We’re looking for enthusiastic, compassionate, and proactive individuals who: 

  • Have experience supporting young people, particularly those with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs or Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). 

  • Are excellent communicators, both written and verbal. 

  • Have strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for supporting learner development. 

  • Hold (or are willing to work towards) a Level 2 qualification in literacy, numeracy, and learning support. 

Desirable skills include: 

  • Experience in welfare, pastoral, or safeguarding support. 

  • A relevant qualification in learning support or a similar field.
