About the Role

You will:

  • Deliver high-quality riding instruction and practical equine sessions across a range of ability levels.

  • Support students to develop technical and professional skills through engaging, hands-on learning.

  • Play an active role in curriculum development and continuous quality improvement.

  • Work with a motivated team to create an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing learning environment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a confident equestrian professional with:

  • BHS Stage 3 Instructor qualification (minimum) and recent experience coaching riders.

  • A relevant teaching qualification or the willingness to achieve one with our support.

  • A passion for student success and a strong sense of teamwork and responsibility.

  • Excellent communication, safety awareness, and IT skills (including Microsoft Teams).

  • A commitment to promoting diversity, safeguarding and professional development.
