Horse Camp: Changing Lives Through Horses

The CLTH is a programme run by the British Horse Society, which aims to help young disadvantaged or disengaged people to reconnect with society through working with horses.

Key skills the programme helps to develop:

Communication, confidence, relationships, teamwork, responsibility and personal achievement.  

Activities for the day:

Learn how to groom and care for a horse in the stable and out in the field; followed by a riding lesson on one of our much-loved college horses. You will also gain a certificate at the end of the day for your achievements. 

 

Costs: £50 per child (age 8+) 

Times: 10am - 1pm or 1.30 - 4.30.
