Short Stay Accommodation
We have a variety of rooms available for short stay, routine and ad hoc accommodation. Everyone staying in accommodation must be studying a course at Plumpton College.
During your stay you will have access to all the same facilities as our full-time residents including access to the gym, the enrichment programme, library, common rooms and the bar.
Your accommodation fee also includes meals, there is no access to cooking facilities within the accommodation. Please ensure you have read all the relevant information including the terms and conditions for short stay accommodation.
Apprentices, Short Courses and ad hoc stays
Students can make use of our accommodation at a cost of £58 per night. Your rooms will be made up with bedding but you will need to bring a towel and your own toiletries.
Rooms are single rooms and bathroom facilities are shared. The rooms consist of a single bed with mattress and mattress protector, sheet, duvet, pillow, a desk and chair, lamp, wardrobe or hanging space, underbed storage, hangers and a mirror.
Apprentice accommodation is booked and arranged through your tutor, please speak to them for confirmation. Apprentice accommodation is invoiced each term.

Checking in and out
Check in is between 4:30pm- 5:00pm or 6:00pm and 10:00pm, dinner is offered on check in day provided you arrive before 5:00pm. The student services team are supervising dinner between 5:00pm and 6:00pm so may not be available to check you in during this time.
Check out is between 6:00am and 9:00am with breakfast being the only meal provided on check out day. Please leave your key and keycard on the student services desk ensuring your room is cleared of your possessions. An extra nights fees will be charged if you do not check out by 9:00am.
Checking in and out takes place at the student services desk. If you arrive on campus after 6:00pm on weekdays or anytime during the weekend, please go to the main reception and press the call point located to the left of the door.
Leaving Campus
Every under 18 student staying onsite must report to the canteen between 9:00pm-9:30pm for registration. Curfew for under 18s staying on campus is 11:00pm at which time all students should be in their corridors and in their own rooms by 00:00.
When leaving the site, all under 18s must sign out and a parent/guardian will be contacted each time.
Over 18s must sign in and out at student services by scanning their accommodation card on the boxes on the desk.
