The college timeline

1st October

Applications open for following year's intake

We will not look at our applications until the closing date so we cannot guarantee any room offers until the 17th June. Please note, room offers are not issued on a first come first serve basis.

30th May

Applications close

Applications will remain open for the duration of the academic year but after the 30th May you will automatically be placed on our waiting list, regardless of your distance from the college.

17th June

Room Offers

All those that applied for residency prior to the 30th May will receive correspondence via email regarding their residential status.

Please be aware that all correspondence will be made via the email address listed under the student’s name. We will require a response to any room offered to you within 14 days of receiving your offer email.

Please note, if you receive correspondence stating that you have been placed on our waiting list then you shall be contacted via email the moment that a room becomes available.

15th August

Receive Pre-Arrival Information (via email)

Pre arrival documents will be sent to all those that accept their room offer. These documents include:

  • Questionnaire - This must be completed by the 9th August.
  • Consent for sharing information - This must be signed and returned by the 9th August.
  • Sign out form (for under 18’s ONLY) – Please bring a signed copy of this form with you on your move in day. Please be aware that we can only accept this form if it is handed to a member of staff by a parent or guardian of the student in question.

Moving in day for Further Education Students!

Your moving date will be confirmed via email. Students may move in any time between 3pm and 6pm. Please note, all residential students are required to attend a residential welcome meeting at 6.30pm. Dinner will be served at 7pm, followed by residential activities.

Moving in day for Higher Education and Further Education Students enrolling on a continuing course!

Your moving date will be confirmed via email. Students may move in any time between 3pm and 6pm. Please note, all residential students are required to attend a residential welcome meeting at 6.30pm. Dinner will be served at 7pm, followed by residential activities.
