WE ARE HIRING: Enthusiastic Full-Time Cheese Production Team member. 🧀

Do you love artisan food? Want to learn the art of cheese making? We are looking for a passionate, high-energy individual to join our team right here in Horsted Keynes!

No prior cheese-making experience? No problem! If you bring the energy, reliability, and a desire to learn, we will teach you the rest.

⏰ The Details:

• Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Days: Full-time

What You’ll Do:

This is a physical, hands-on role where you will learn and help with every stage of our process:

• Making: Learning to crafting delicious artisan cheese from scratch.

• Maturing: Helping to manage the aging process in our stores.

• Packing: Preparing / cutting and wrapping / labelling the finished cheese ready for delivery.

• Hygiene: Maintaining high cleanliness and food safety standards. [1, 2, 3]

What We Are Looking For:

• Enthusiasm: A genuine passion for food and learning a craft.

• Fitness: Physically active and comfortable lifting and moving dairy equipment.

• Reliability: Prompt 7:00 AM starts are essential!

Consistent, reliable productivity, able to follow instructions, comfortable working individually or as part of a team, , reliable, flexible and motivated, with a good sense of responsibility.

• Location: Based on the farm in Horsted Keynes.
