Role: EAG Adviser (Enquiries, Advice and Guidance)

Hours: 37.5 per week 8am – 6pm on a rota basis 

Contract: two roles available - one 6 months fixed term, and one permanent

Salary: up to £28,039 per annum

Plumpton College is seeking an Enquiries, Advice, and Guidance Adviser who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You’ll play a vital role in guiding prospective students and providing them with accurate, friendly, and timely information about our college offerings.

What You’ll Do: 

Answer enquiries across multiple platforms – in person, by phone, and online. 

Provide detailed information on admissions, fees, and available courses. 

Support our admissions team, ensuring applicants experience a smooth journey through our processes. 

Collaborate with internal teams and attend college events as our ambassador. 

What You’ll Need: 

Experience in high-volume customer service. 

Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and database management. 

Flexible work approach, including occasional evenings and weekends.
