2. Specialty Sausage
3. Cold Eating Pie
4. Hot Eating Pie
5. The Great British Pie (Traditional Ingredients)
6. Unsmoked Back Bacon
7. Smoked & Specialty Bacon
8. Apprentice Traditional Sausage
9. Apprentice Specialty Sausage

Entry Guidelines

• £20 per product entered
• Maximum 3 entries per category. (E.g., 3 entries in Category 1 requires purchasing 3 entry slots.)
• Judges will select the best product in each category to receive a trophy.
• The Judging & Winners will be announced at the Plumpton Butchery Showcase and Meat Products Awards 2027 on 03 March 2027.
• Closing date for entries: 24 February 2027.
