Study within a diverse natural environment
Set within the green swathe of Plumpton and close to the South Downs SSSI site, the College offers access to a wide range of valuable habitats and working landscapes. Across the estate, you’ll experience ancient semi-natural woodland, chalk downland, a commercial farm and a network of small streams — giving you first-hand insight into environmental management, habitat conservation and land use.
Train with industry-standard practical facilities
Alongside our extensive outdoor estate, you’ll also develop hands-on skills in our dedicated wood workshops, fully equipped with the latest technology and specialist equipment.
