Course overview

Ask any Italian Pizza chef the secret to good Pizza! They will tell you “it’s
all about the base”. Come and join our expert tutors in unlocking the
fundamentals of creating amazing Pizza! You will learn 3 styles of pizza:

• A classic thin and crispy Margarita


• A sourdough deep pan pizza


• A wonderful Calzone

You will also make some garlic dough balls and some thin and crispy Grissini
bread sticks!
