Course overview
This is a fantastic Food Industry Skills introductory course that is
perfect for those who have an interest in baking, food production and elements
of butchery. You learn a split of theroy and practical in our state-of-the-art
kitchens. You experience field trips to local food production factories, such as
a local mill to see how flour is produced.
