Outstanding results for land and environment students

Plumpton College goes from strength to strength, with an increasing number of students achieving the highest grades possible.

Over 400 students received their Level 3 BTEC and City & Guilds qualifications (A Level equivalent) on Tuesday 10th August. They achieved an outstanding pass rate of 97%, with a very impressive 45% of students achieving Distinction grades in Agriculture, Animal Management, Equine, Countryside, Fisheries, Floristry, Arboriculture, and Adventure Education & Sport.

Additionally, 550 students studying Level 2 and GCSEs achieved 97.4%, with over 35% securing high grades on Thursday, 12th August. At Plumpton College, students undertake English and maths alongside their studies, who achieved the highest grades the college have seen with 40% in English and 46.3% in maths ranging from grades 9-4.
