Children In Need at Plumpton College
00:00 - 00:00
Staff and students at Plumpton College displayed strong support for the Children in Need appeal. Students from the Floristry department designed and created colourful and artistic arrangements of gold chrysanthemums. Staff organised, baked, sold and unstintingly volunteered to sample the delicious cakes and pastries for this worthy cause. The College chef, as well as other staff cheerfully gave up time to be judges, a difficult task but someone had to do it! The overall winner was a lemon drizzle cake, with other winners including black pudding and apricot sausage rolls, chocolate orange cupcakes a Victoria sponge and apple sausage rolls. At least £210 was raised for the appeal.
