Course Overview
Learn the secrets to flaky, buttery perfection. In this intensive workshop you will learn to refine your skills and gain the confidence and technique to craft Croissants, Danish pastries and all butter Puff pastry.
Modules
You will learn:
- How to prepare and laminate dough like a pro
- Timings and temperature control for perfect layers
- Shaping techniques for classic and modern pastries
- Tips for proving, baking and finishing your perfect pastries
Course Fees
Students aged 24+ who are studying a second Level 3 course or aged 24+ who are studying their first Level 3 course will have to pay tuition fees, depending on the course.
Students on low income who can prove they earn less than £25,750 (from 1st August 2025); are unemployed; or receive state benefits could be entitled to a tuition fee waiver.
