At Plumpton College, we work with a broad range of apprenticeship employers across the South East, as well as nationally, with new opportunities becoming avalible regularly.
The Apprenticeship Talent Bank aims to match people looking for an apprenticeship with employers looking for an apprentice. This service is available to anyone looking to undertake an apprenticeship, you don’t have to be an existing Plumpton College student to take advantage.
The Benfefits of joining the Talent Bank:

How it works
Step 1: Register
Complete the short Microsoft Form below telling us your apprenticeship interests, location and availability.
Step 2: We Match You
Our team reviews your profile and promotes you to suitable employers as and when opportunities and timings align.
Step 3: Get Support
Receive vacancy alerts, interview guidance, and upskilling opportunities.

Register for the Apprenticeship Talent Bank
Once you have registered, the Talent Bank team may be in contact to talk through your completed form to ensure they fully understand what you are looking for and interested in. This will allow us to match you to vacancies and talk confidently about you with suitable apprenticeship employers. We will begin to approach employers regarding apprenticeship opportunities as we approach the start months of apprenticeship courses. We always recommend that you also contact employers in your local area to maximise your chances of securing an employer.
The Talent Bank is dedicated to helping you find an apprenticeship opportunity, and whilst searching for apprenticeship employers, there are also valuable ways to enhance your employability. These can include, but not limited to, short courses, qualifications, bootcamps, volunteering, etc. all of which can help you build skills and stand out to potential employers.
