Our East Sussex Skills Bootcamps are full funded, advanced training programmes giving people the opportunity to build up sector-specific skills and fast-track career progression.
Whether you're an existing job seeker, self employed or directly employed (PAYE), our fully funded courses have been designed in collaboration with employers and sector bodies to provide you with the necessary skills to secure employment, additional work/contracts or promotion/additonal responsibilities in your current workplace.
East Sussex businesses can use our Skills Bootcamps as a cost effective way to identify and hire new staff or even upskill their existing workforce.

Employer Information
If you are a business looking to interview skilled candidates or simply looking to upskill your current employees, then our Skills Bootcamps are a fantastic route to success.
There is no cost to your business to recruit individuals who have completed Skills Bootcamps.
Our Skills Bootcamps will help develop your existing employees skills which they need to progress in their current role and futureproof your business. Training an existing employee will require your business to make a small contribution to the overall training cost with the rest covered as part of the Government’s Lifetime Skills Guarantee and Plan for Jobs.
- 10% if you are a small to medium employer with 1 to 249 employees
- 30% if you are a large employer with 250 or more employees
Your employees will require time off for study and classes to ensure successful completion.

Applying to one of our Skills Bootcamps does not guarantee you a place on our course, as you must meet the eligibility criteria and speak to one of our advisors to ensure you are aware of the course commitments.
