Course Overview
An extensive course exploring the key wine producing regions of the world. This course caters for very keen wine enthusiasts and those who wish to be employed in positions of responsibility in the wine trade.
Topics include tasting techniques, viticulture and vinification, wine law and the factors impacting the principal wine-producing countries of the world. Students are invited to sit the WSET examination at the end of the course.
Entry Requirements
A pass at the WSET Level 2 Certificate.
