Course Overview
Learn the secrets to flaky, buttery perfection. In this intensive workshop you will learn to refine your skills and gain the confidence and technique to craft Croissants, Danish pastries and all butter Puff pastry. This workshop takes place at our Stanmer Campus, One Garden Brighton.

- Tips for proving, baking and finishing your perfect pastries

Funding Information
Students aged 19+ who are ordinarily resident in the UK, and not living in a devolved area will be eligible for a 40% tuition fee waiver through the Adult Skills Fund.
