Course Overview
Ask any Italian Pizza chef the secret to good Pizza! They will tell you “it’s all about the base”
Come and join our expert tutors in unlocking the fundamentals of creating amazing Pizza!
You will learn 3 styles of pizza:
- a classic thin and crispy Margarita
- a sour dough deep pan pizza
- a wonderful Calzone
You will also make some garlic dough balls and some thin and crispy Grissini bread sticks!
Course Cost
£125 for the day.

Who is a one day workshop suitable for?
A One Day workshop is an experiential day for individuals with limited to no knowledge of the area being covered. It is a fun social unaccredited course that could be suitable to be given as a gift or to join in order to meet likeminded people.
