Motor Vehicle

Our Level 3 Motor Vehicle course will ensure that you are up to date with the latest developments in the industry.

On this course you will have a range of vehicles to work on in our large workshop to help you learn all about vehicle maintenance and repair.

Technology moves fast in this sector and you will receive up-to-date training to help you set off on a career as a car mechanic.

FLORISTRY

Our popular floristry courses will equip you with all the skills you need to make floral creations for wedding, funeral and special events.

You'll discover the latest trends in floristry design, design principals, customer service and maintaining floristry products.

Our dedicated classrooms are well set up to take your studies to the next level, whether you're planning to work for a florist, set up on your own, or design big event creations.

Horticulture

Horticulture, gardening and garden design are all covered in our Level 3 curriculum.

Whether studying at the Plumpton College campus or at the new Stanmer campus at One Garden Brighton, our courses provide a solid background in horticultural practices.

You could be considering working for a landscaping firm, at a local public garden or taking private work.

A Social Place to Study

As well as the stunning surroundings of the South Downs, Plumpton College is a social place to study, where you will meet other, like-minded people. The student mix is very varied with people travelling in from all over East and West Sussex, Kent and Surrey. We even have accommodation on site so some people live on campus. Regular college buses service the region, and there's plenty of parking on site.

Don't Forget the Science

Many of our courses have science at the heart of their curriculum programme. This is often taught in a practical hand-on way but forms an essential part of the wider land and environment studies at Plumpton College. Completing your Level 3 course will provide you with an A Level equivalent qualification that will enable you to access higher education or alternative career opportunities when you leave.
