Join this hands on, full-day vegan bakery masterclass and take your vegan home baking to the next level.
Our expert bakery tutors will help demystify how to make beautiful and delicious baked goods - without eggs and butter.
You'll spend the day within our modern AgriFood Centre using our professional training kitchens, and will learn how to make, and take home with you, the following vegan bakes:
- Vegan carrot cake
- Vegan chocolate chip cookies
- Vegan blueberry muffins
- Vegan brioche bread
All the methods we will teach are all natural and lend them self to a vegan lifestyle.

Entry Requirements
A one day workshop is an experiential day for individuals with limited to no knowledge of the area being covered. It is a fun social unaccredited course that could be suitable to be given as a gift or to join in order to meet likeminded people.
