This 6-day intensive practical industry skills training programme is aimed at job seekers who want to work in horticulture, with high quality training and guaranteed job interviews at Plumpton College. Blended learning programme a mixture of online and in-person training. 

This course is focussed on the key skills requirement for the advertised post of Horticulture Technician.  It will provide the candidates with the opportunity to get an insight in the role of a Horticulture Technician and the education provision offered by Plumpton College.

During this intensive course candidates will receive industry training and gain valuable certificates and competencies.  The outcomes of the course will help build an impressive portfolio of skills and a competitive CV for all completing delegates.

Salary: £23,598
Hours: Full time (37½ hours), all year round
Holidays: 26 days + bank holidays + Christmas closure
