Plumpton College is seeking an Enquiries, Advice, and Guidance Adviser who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You’ll play a vital role in guiding prospective students and providing them with accurate, friendly, and timely information about our college offerings.

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer enquiries across multiple platforms – in person, by phone, and online.
  • Provide detailed information on admissions, fees, and available courses.
  • Support our admissions team, ensuring applicants experience a smooth journey through our processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and attend college events as our ambassador.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience in high-volume customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and database management.
  • Flexible work approach, including occasional evenings and weekends.
