Our Motor Vehicle, Metalsmithing and Engineering division delivers an innovative curriculum and has seen impressive increases in student numbers in recent years. We are now seeking an inspirational leader to drive the development of a range of further education and apprenticeship programmes, and adult skills courses including implementation of T-levels. Leading a team of dedicated dual professionals, the Curriculum Manager will ensure we deliver the best possible experience to students, helping them to maximise their potential and make positive progress towards their timely success, future study and employment.

The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering the highest standards to our students. Knowledge of Motor Vehicle, Engineering or Blacksmithing would be an advantage but is not essential, more importantly, the successful candidate will possess effective people management skills reflected in a track record of managing high performing teams.  You will need to be able to influence and build relationships internally and externally to raise awareness of the future ambitions and developments for training in this sector and ideally hold a degree level teaching qualification.
