Harvest is expected to begin mid September and run for approximately six weeks.
The role is varied, and the ability to be flexible is paramount. However, the position will mainly consist of crush pad activities, racking of juice, inoculations and the general maintenance of cellar hygiene standards. Some basic lab work may also be required.
A valid licence to drive a fork lift truck is preferred but not essential. Ideal candidates will have experience of working in several cellars, including cool climate regions.
