The Health, Safety and Compliance Manager will work across the college to ensure that the right support is in place to allow team leaders to carry out their activities safely. A key part of the role is also to assist in the interpretation and adherence to legislative requirements that affect college activities. As such, strong communication and influencing skills as well as good time management and training delivery skills are essential.

The successful candidate will possess the NEBOSH or British safety Council Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent qualification (as a minimum).  Experience of database systems and the ability to analyse data and produce clear reports is also essential.
