Description

We are looking to recruit a professional, dynamic, dedicated and enthusiastic individual to assist in the co-ordination and management of site maintenance, building projects and facilities compliance work as directed by the Estates Manager. Supported by the Estates Manager, the role holder will ensure that all maintenance requests are reported correctly & prioritised, organise inspections and explore & pursue opportunities to improve current services with a view to improving efficiency.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing building maintenance activities, leading a team, good knowledge of the statutory regulations and enjoy working as part of a team. Responsive to student and customer needs you will be an excellent communicator with highly developed interpersonal skills.
