Description

We are currently seeking a Registry Administrator to join us on a part-time, fixed term basis for the next 6 months, to provide excellent customer service to our students and the college management team. Our Registry team is at the heart of Plumpton College, providing high quality, reliable student data to support management decision-making and in this role, you will offer efficient advice to allocated curriculum divisions relating to student data, timetables, registers, enrolment, amendments and process data across all of the college’s course offerings.

Working flexibly as part of a team, you will ensure that data administration is completed in an accurately, timely fashion at times of peak workload. Reporting to the Registry Manager you will support the continuous development of working practices.

We are seeking an individual who is confident in working with complex information and experienced in inputting data accurately and to tight deadline across multiple database systems. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ideal candidate will be a strong team player who is self-motivated and positive. Highly organised, this individual will be able to organise their own workload and prioritise effectively. Qualified to level 3 in IT, Customer Service, Business Administration or other relevant subject, you will also be qualified to level 2 in English and Maths and will possess excellent IT skills.
