We are expanding our team and are keen to engage with external trainers who are able to deliver a wide array of Industry Competency Training courses on an ad-hoc basis. We would like to expand our ever-growing team of high-quality trainers to deliver learning as part of well-structured practical lessons.

Our Bespoke Employer Training Services and Industry Competency Training courses operate across all of our divisions. When it comes to arranging training, employers often need to provide specific training to employees to meet compliance needs or upskill their workforce as part of a CPD programme.

We offer Bespoke Employer Training Services for employers on campus and in the workplace, we also offer an extensive range of Industry Competency Training short courses in a number of specialist areas including: Animal Husbandry, Emergency First Aid, Pesticide Training, Forestry & Arboriculture (tickets), Ground Care & Woodland Management.

If you possess the skills and experience to teach these courses we are keen to hear from you. We are particularly interested in identifying expertise in forestry, horticulture & agriculture. In order to teach these courses you must be able to demonstrate your competence and relevant qualifications as well as proof of public liability insurance and a valid enhanced DBS certificate issued within the last 12 months.
